Elizabeth came home and worked for a year at Family Medicine Associates. She will be sadly missed by her sister Amy Martin of Panama City, Fl and several nieces and nephews. Elizabeth is survived by her two brothers, Matt and Tim Welch, along with her niece Christine and nephew Carl. Comfort the family with flowers or a sympathy gift. For some people, the best send-off is one that they would have loved to attendthemselves: a big party. The Funeral Mass will be held the following morning at 11 AM at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church.
