Dana Heartman has a passion for helping people identify ways to improve their lives and relationships through her coaching practice and public speaking. She established her company, Foundation Coaching Group in 1999, which now hosts a large team of coaches who deliver more than 40 unique services to their expanding base of corporate and private clients. Dana was named, Top Master Life Coach, 2019 by the International Association of Top Professionals. Her purpose, as a Coach, and speaker is to help professionals, individuals, couples, teens and entire families reach their full potential, improve their relationships and live their best lives.

In 1999, Dana began working with a non-profit seminar where together, she, the Founder and Managing Director delivered life-changing seminars to those seeking personal growth. In 2002, the trio set out to launch new, accelerated programs, The Life Enrichment and Marriage Boot Camps, which were designed to deliver powerful and enriching results for those attending, in 4 fast paced days.

Dana has appeared on a 6-week special for the Discovery and Learning Channels as well as shows, like Dr. Phil, Dr. Drew, Gene Simmons Family Jewels to name a few. In 2012, she appeared on WeTV’s launching television program, “Marriage Boot Camp” which was named and created from the concepts of the Dallas based seminar. Each season, the Directors were challenged, on air, to help celebrity couples who were struggling with relationship issues. Dana has also been featured on iHeart Radio and CUTV News Radio.

Whether speaking to audiences, directing seminars or working one on one, Dana’s strategies are clear and her approach is straightforward. She applies common sense and a great sense of humor to day-to-day issues that are relevant to each audience. Her tireless enthusiasm gives Dana an edge that few have in today’s world of self-help.

Dana grew up and still resides in Dallas, TX where she enjoys being near her parents and children. She studied Business Law at Northwood University and is a Certified Master Life Coach. She is an Author, Graphologist, Mediator and Artist.
