Rick Wright, JD
Legal Coach, Certified Mediator

Rick has a passion for helping his clients navigate the divorce process as well as civilly resolve conflict whether personal or corporate. It is his goal that no one throws away or destroys their financial security in the heat of battle when other options are so readily available.

He practiced law for almost 30 years, focusing on litigation and dispute resolution in a variety of areas ranging from simple personal disputes to complex commercial litigation. Rick also spent several years in family law, navigating clients through the ins and outs of divorce and child custody resolution. His unique perspective adds significant value and experience to Foundation Coaching Groups mediation, divorce mediation and arbitration practices. Rick has participated in hundreds of mediations as a mediator or party representative, and has also served as an arbitrator.

Coupled with his role as a Legal Coach, Rick is also self employed full time in financial services where he helps his clients achieve their financial goals while protecting their families and businesses. This provides Rick the opportunity to utilize his many years of legal experience while building relationships that help ensure his clients guard against the potential risks people face.

Having experienced the pain of divorce himself, it is Rick’s heart to help others navigate this painful process, striving to minimize their personal loss from the divorce process, while working to maintain as much financial security as possible.

Rick graduated from Baylor University and Baylor Law School, and is a certified mediator in both general mediation and divorce mediation. He is a Certified Coach Practitioner through FCG. He is a Facilitator with the Life Enrichment and Marriage Boot Camp seminars since 2014.

Rick has lived in the Dallas-Fort Worth for over 30 years and is the proud father of two sons and enjoys his time with them.
