During early and middle adolescent years, there can become more frequent conflict between teens and their parents which is often a result of youth attempting to assert their individuality, testing boundaries and exercising independence. Corporate / Executive Coaching
Coaching improves performance within a company by providing an essential competitive advantage! The key to success is improving executive’s leadership, strength and performance! Leaders are simply leaders because they are in the biggest office. If no one is following you, you are NOT a leader! You’re just the boss! If you don’t know what your team needs, then something is wrong. Sales people are the bread and butter of any company and they actually don’t always leave for more money! They leave because they think the boss doesn’t get them or appreciate them! Let’s face it, leadership requires skill, so ask yourself, when was the last time you polished your skills?

The settling of disputes between two parties by an impartial third party, whose decision the contending parties agree to accept. Arbitration is often used to resolve conflict diplomatically to prevent a more serious confrontation or legal fees.
Corporate Arbitration by Panel
An informal arbitration hearing where the dispute is judged by a panel of three FGC staff. Once a decision has been reached, there is no further appeal process.
The principal distinction between Arbitration and Mediation is that whereas a mediator will try to help the parties find a middle ground on which to compromise, arbitrator remains totally removed from the settlement process and will only give a determination of liability and, if appropriate, an indication damages or responsibility.
Corporate Handwriting Analysis
There is an increasing amount of interest in identifying our unique strengths and weaknesses. Many corporations are using graphology to determine which candidate is best for a job by having the final top candidate’s handwriting analyzed. Civil Divorce Mediation
Our process of Divorce Mediation is unique. We do not allow Attorneys to attend so your savings is tremendous. Because we stay current on Texas Family Law, and collaborate with a neutral attorney so we can walk you through the legal ins and outs as a neutral third party. Mediators use various techniques to open, or improve, dialogue and empathy between disputants, aiming to reach a fair agreement. Mediation is for those people who wish to have a greater voice in deciding what is best for their children and ALL of their worldly assets, than a stranger in a courtroom. If both parties will use the skills necessary to be fair and reasonable, then a resolution CAN be reached in mediation. Did you know that the language in a divorce decree is the State’s MINIMUM requirements! If you only want the MINIMUM for your family, then let a Judge decide, but if you want the BEST for your family, Mediation can make that happen!
Arbitration by Panel

The principal distinction between Arbitration and Mediation is that whereas a mediator will try to help the parties find a middle ground on which to compromise, arbitrator remains totally removed from the settlement process and will only give a determination of liability and, if appropriate, an indication damages or responsibility.
Party-Directed Mediation (PDM)
Mediation seeks to empower each party in a dispute, enabling each to have more direct influence upon the resolution of a conflict, by offering both means to compromise and negotiate a solution. The concept behind party-directed mediation is that if and when parties wish to spend the time to acquire the skills necessary to become more effective negotiators, then they can be empowered to achieve a self-directed resolution. Mediation is only successful if disputants wish to have a greater hand in resolving their own conflicts rather than having the Courts resolve it.
Mediation Family Disputes
This is a process where blended families or co-parents can come to resolve issues related to children or family “home” issues prior to the use attorney’s, filing of legal modifications or the involvement of the courts to attempt to resolve various issues that often arise when situations change or home lives shift in some way. The goal is to create a new normal that can simply be agreed to and executed by both parties or the agreements that can then be filed by one attorney as an agreed modification through the court to make changes legally binding.
Parenting Plan Design
This process often accompanies our Mediation of Family Disputes and our Parenting plan can be converted into an agreed modification or can stand alone as a signed agreement however, will not supersede the court ordered document if not filed.
Parenting Facilitation
Our parenting facilitation is unlike other services because we can work with couples through the mediation process and continue as their parenting facilitators. Because we are mediators, we go beyond the typical “peace keeping” of other PF’s and consider the legal guidelines that will keep couples out of the legal system while also directing them to the limitations of their standing Court Orders. We guide our clients with a no nonsense approach to help facilitate cooperation that is in the best interest of the children rather than one parent or the other.

Many of our Coaches are excellent public speakers and have a variety of excellent keynote and industry speeches available.
